Superstars Multi Sports, Football and Dance Holiday Camps comprise of children taking part in 4 different sessions throughout the day (approximately 0930-1030, 1045-1200 1300-1400, 1415-1530), along with various other group games throughout the day. We traditionally end our days with a game of Dodgeball. Each day the children each session will get a choice out of Multi Sports, Football and Dance. Over the Summer Holidays we have a more comprehensive programme normally available beginning of May Basic Booking Information: PACKED LUNCHES AND ALLERGIES Superstars Policy on packed lunches and children with allergies is as follows: parents can reasonable put into the packed lunches whatever they wish, except we do not allow fizzy drinks, powerades, lucozades etc. If you child has got an allergy such as peanuts, or nuts in general they will be seated on an allergy free table if requested as it were (that meaning people who they are having lunch with will not have any foods with the particular foods that causes the allergic reaction). If you child has an airbourne or touch allergy to particular foods, you will need to contact the office on 01925 555859 to discuss. TUCK SHOP Your child is able to purchase a sweet box of either 50p or a £1 to given to your child in afternoon break. Payment for the tuck shop needs to be given to the coaches on the morning of the session. Please be aware we cannot ‘sub’ people for these purchases as it were, it must be paid in advance at the centre (we are happy that parents pay in advance for the whole of the week if this makes it easier and we will reflect on our registers). Coaches will reflect the purchase on our registers. We can only accept cash as payment for this. LATE PICK UP Late pick up runs from 1630 to 1800 and must be paid for in advance on the morning when dropping of your children. Whether you have a 5 hour flexible (regardless of whatever time you drop off) or an 0800-1630 booking, any children not picked up by 1630 will incur our £2.50 charge per child per day. Multi Sports, Football + Dance Holidays Camps (4.6 - 13yrs)

Superstars Multi Sports, Football and Dance Holiday Camps comprise of children taking part in 4 different sessions throughout the day (approximately 0930-1030, 1045-1200 1300-1400, 1415-1530), along with various other group games throughout the day. We traditionally end our days with a game of Dodgeball. Each day the children each session will get a choice out of Multi Sports, Football and Dance. Over the Summer Holidays we have a more comprehensive programme normally available beginning of May Basic Booking Information: PACKED LUNCHES AND ALLERGIES Superstars Policy on packed lunches and children with allergies is as follows: parents can reasonable put into the packed lunches whatever they wish, except we do not allow fizzy drinks, powerades, lucozades etc. If you child has got an allergy such as peanuts, or nuts in general they will be seated on an allergy free table if requested as it were (that meaning people who they are having lunch with will not have any foods with the particular foods that causes the allergic reaction). If you child has an airbourne or touch allergy to particular foods, you will need to contact the office on 01925 555859 to discuss. TUCK SHOP Your child is able to purchase a sweet box of either 50p or a £1 to given to your child in afternoon break. Payment for the tuck shop needs to be given to the coaches on the morning of the session. Please be aware we cannot ‘sub’ people for these purchases as it were, it must be paid in advance at the centre (we are happy that parents pay in advance for the whole of the week if this makes it easier and we will reflect on our registers). Coaches will reflect the purchase on our registers. We can only accept cash as payment for this. LATE PICK UP Late pick up runs from 1630 to 1800 and must be paid for in advance on the morning when dropping of your children. Whether you have a 5 hour flexible (regardless of whatever time you drop off) or an 0800-1630 booking, any children not picked up by 1630 will incur our £2.50 charge per child per day. Please make sure you book your late pick up on the morning of drop off and make payment in cash to the coach signing you in. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Superstars do not allow any electrical equipment of any kind on our camps ie Mobile phones, tablets, DS, etc. I appreciate that children have the use of these at home and at some schools, but due do SAFEGUARDING issues, children are not allowed them at all and this must be strictly adhered to for the safety of everyone. As we provide sports and dance activities mainly, can you please make sure your child has appropriate clothing and footwear. No Heelys or flip-flops are allowed to be worn for our Superstars Camps. EXHANGE + REFUND POLICY Please be aware our exchange of days policy is 3 clear working days whether it is what you class as foreseeable or unforeseeable, before the date your child is attending. Our refund policy is again 3 working days, plus a £5 administration charge.
