Venue Notes
As you enter the road you have hartford high on your right hand side this bit is the West Wing. you need to carry on round the road until you come to the next building which will be the East Building. Go through the first open gate and opposite will be a blue door. Go through this door and the staff will be there

Please make sure your child has the follow:
Packed Lunch
Refillable Water Bottle
A Coat in the cold weather, Sun hat and suntan cream for the warm days
No electrical items are allowed at any centre, please make sure your child adheres to this. EXHANGE + REFUND POLICY
Please be aware our exchange of days policy is 3 clear working days whether it is what you class as foreseeable or unforeseeable, before the date your child is attending. Our refund policy is again 3 working days, plus a £5 administration charge.

You can choose to do the same activity all day or you have the option to try multiple things throughout the course of the day. The Multiport's change daily so If you are booked with us for a week you can be sure that there is always something new to try each day.
